Our Philosophy
Our goal is to enable our residents to live comfortably and independently for as long as they are able or choose to do so. If and when the needs of a resident change, we will help the resident and family explore their options, whether they be additional services here at Brookfield Gardens, from an outside source, or new accommodations that may provide care beyond what we offer. When medical condition, state regulation, or failure on a resident's part to meet their obligations dictates a departure of the resident, we will ensure that this transition is as seamless as possible.
