Rates
At Brookfield Gardens, we want you to understand your rates and fees. Your monthly rate is made up of two components, your Basic Rate and your Personal Service Plan. Your Basic Rate is outlined below and further explained in your Resident Admission Agreement.
The Brookfield Gardens staff is available to review materials, answer questions, alleviate concerns, and further explain policies, rates and conditions. We aspire to meaningful relationships with all of our residents and prospective residents. We look forward to building that relationship with you in your new home.

Personal Service Plan
Your Personal Service Plan will vary according to the level of care you require and the number of supportive services you enlist. We will conduct a personal assessment and the services required will be agreed upon by the resident, our residence and the family and then confirmed in writing.
