Carol Albrecht - Resident Care Coordinator/FLEX Program Director

Carol has been in the health care field for 17 years. As Resident Care Coordinator, Carol is the perfect role model for her staff. Her high standard of care can be seen daily in her respectful interactions with our residents and the staff.

While Carol’s primary focus is responding to resident care concerns and overseeing the care staff, her philosophy for the elderly in maintaining independence is evident by her dedication in working with our residents in Brookfield Garden’s FLEX (Flexibility Laughter Endurance X-ternal Strengthening) Program. Our FLEX program is an Individualized exercise and fitness program that helps residents in reaching specific fitness and lifestyle goals to maintain independence.

Carol is married with two daughters. We often see Carol’s two daughters Alyssa and Cassie volunteering their time at Brookfield Gardens. Carol enjoys camping, shopping and watching the Packers.
