Mark’s experience in food service has been a lifetime involvement starting as a child in his parents’ restaurants. For the last eleven years Mark was running his own restaurant and tavern. Mark enjoys making soups from scratch. He especially enjoys making specialty food items requested by our residents.
Mark attended college in LaCrosse, WI and Western Wisconsin Technical Institute in Computer Science and Electronics, but has always been involved in the food service industry. “The most rewarding aspect to food service is providing a pleasurable dining experience for our residents”.
Mark enjoys life as a husband and father. Other than cooking, Mark enjoys being active in his church as well as being involved in his children’s college, high school and grade school sporting events.
